WHY PARTNER WITH BARFER

More commercial potential.
A simpler way to explore it.

A commercial route for frozen raw manufacturers: reach prospective retail and brand clients through BARFER, starting with recipes you already produce.

01 / ADDITIONAL SALES

New revenue opportunities

BARFER would identify and develop prospective retail and brand clients, creating another route to market for your existing products.

02 / PRODUCTION POTENTIAL

Make more of available capacity

Additional agreed orders could help you increase output and make better use of available production capacity, on terms that work for your business.

03 / AN EXISTING STARTING POINT

Build on recipes you already make

We would start by assessing your current formulations and formats. A suitable existing recipe could avoid a new formulation project at the outset.

04 / LESS COMMERCIAL COORDINATION

One commercial point of contact

BARFER would coordinate client conversations, range proposals and order requirements, helping your team stay focused on production and supply.

A good starting fit: you manufacture frozen raw pet food, have an existing range to review and are open to white-label supply.

These are potential benefits of the proposed model. Sales, order volumes and capacity utilisation depend on client demand and individually agreed terms.

INTERNATIONAL AMBITION · SELECTIVE EXECUTION

Markets with a business case.

Our initial commercial priorities are the USA, Canada and Europe. We plan to assess further markets wherever buyer demand, margins and a workable frozen supply chain support the opportunity.

These are development priorities, not a claim of established sales coverage. We would assess local and cross-border supply separately; export capability is never assumed.

WHITE-LABEL PRODUCT CONCEPTS

Your products.
A client’s own brand.

Your existing recipe, supplied under a client’s label. BARFER would connect the client’s brief with your range and coordinate the commercial conversation.

A SHARED BRIEF

These four images are AI-assisted white-label illustrations based on BARFER’s product photography. Food presentation, backgrounds and labels have been adapted for these concepts. They do not represent an available partner catalogue or an agreed manufacturing relationship. Final recipes, packaging and labels require joint review. “Complete and balanced” positioning requires product-specific documentation for the destination market.

HOW THE MODEL WOULD WORK

From the first conversation
to a shared plan.

A practical starting point: build around an existing recipe, then agree the commercial and operational details together.

  1. 01

    Explore the fit

Introduce your manufacturing business, existing frozen raw range and interest in private-label supply.

    YOU + BARFER
  2. 02

    Shape the brief

BARFER brings the client brief: intended market, recipe shortlist, pack and label needs, and order requirements. You assess what fits your range.

    YOU + BARFER
  3. 03

    Agree the details

Review product documentation and confirm specifications, labels, terms, order process and supply responsibilities before proceeding.

    JOINT REVIEW
  4. 04

    Produce & supply

For agreed orders, you would manufacture and supply. BARFER would coordinate client communication and the customer-facing order process.

    CLEARLY DEFINED ROLES

OUR PROPOSED COMMERCIAL ROLE

You focus on production.
We focus on the client.

From finding prospective clients to coordinating their order requirements, BARFER would manage the customer-facing work. Your team would assess feasibility, approve the manufacturing terms, and produce and supply the agreed products.

YOUR TEAM RETAINS CONTROL

Your recipes, production standards, capacity and commercial terms. Product specifications, labeling responsibilities and delivery arrangements would be agreed together.

Discuss a manufacturing partnership

A FIRST CONVERSATION

What we would explore together

  • Your existing frozen raw recipes and product specifications
  • Private-label options, packaging and label responsibilities
  • Production location, quality documentation and traceability
  • Commercial terms, minimum orders and lead times
  • Delivery arrangements, cold chain and destination requirements

We welcome manufacturers internationally. Each supply route needs its own review of destination requirements, cold-chain logistics and commercial viability.

Volumes, capacity and pricing would be discussed individually. No purchasing commitment is implied.

PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Before the first brief.

Do we need to develop new recipes?

Existing recipes come first. We would review your current products and match suitable options to a client's brief. Any new formulation work would need a separate scope and agreement.

Who manages the client, and who handles supply?

BARFER would lead client acquisition, communication, range planning and order coordination. You would manufacture and supply the agreed products. Contracting, payment, label approval, delivery and any importer responsibilities must be agreed for each opportunity.

Are orders or production volumes guaranteed?

No. We are developing the partner network and prospective client opportunities. Minimum orders, pricing, forecasts and any commitments would be discussed individually and agreed before production.

Do we need to make the products shown here?

No. The illustrations explain how a client's brand could work across menus, rolls and cut meat. Your actual recipes, proteins and packaging options would define the range we can propose together.

THE BUSINESS BEHIND THE CONVERSATION

Rooted in the world
of raw feeding.

BARFER is a Slovak raw pet food brand operated by BARF SHOP s.r.o. Our online shop presents frozen raw menus, meat blends and cut meat for pet owners — the product categories behind the illustrations on this page.

We are developing this partnership model to apply that retail perspective to a specific job: finding prospective clients, shaping a range from your existing products and coordinating their orders. Manufacturing and supply remain with the production partner.
