How we use your details

We use the company, country, email and message you provide to assess and respond to your manufacturing enquiry and discuss a potential partnership. Your name and website are optional. Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential recipes.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in assessing and responding to business partnership enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Providing these details is voluntary; without sufficient contact information, we cannot respond. We do not make automated decisions about you.

Access and retention

Authorised BARFER staff and our website and business-email providers process enquiries for these purposes. Website hosting: Websupport s. r. o., Slovakia. Enquiries are saved privately and forwarded to our business inbox. We retain enquiry details while needed to assess and follow up the enquiry or manage a resulting business relationship. Information no longer needed for these purposes is deleted, except where retention is necessary to meet a legal obligation or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Our email provider may process data outside the European Economic Area. Any such processing requires an applicable transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Contact us for details of the safeguards applicable to your information.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Data portability applies where its legal conditions are met.
